If you're passionate about community service, care deeply for people and have the time and energy, we'd love to have your help at Merit Health River Region. Volunteering opportunities are available in various departments throughout the hospital. Get in touch, and let's talk about how we can help each other.

Volunteers go through the same screening process as paid employees, and all volunteer shifts are on weekdays. The age requirement for volunteers is 18.

Volunteer opportunities are available in the following areas:

• Front desk
• Diagnostics desk
• Cardiology desk
• Ambulatory surgery registration
• ICU waiting room
• Gift shop
